I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating towards me, making my stay all the more pleasant. Additionally, this hotel is located in a prime location, with transportation options readily available nearby. The cleanliness of this hotel was also top-notch, providing me with a comfortable and hygienic stay. Lastly, the hotel facilities were great and provided me with everything I needed.
Can't fault anything about it.

We cannot emphasize enough how welcoming the staff is at this hotel. the location is superb with easy access to public transport and multiple shops around. the room and bathroom were kept tidy. the breakfast spread was good enough to keep us fueled through the day. We also enjoyed the attention to detail in the design of the hotel.

The location was great, there were many shops nearby and the bus stop was just outside. We also enjoyed the bartender's drinks, they weren't sure what was in them but we didn't have a hangover the next day.
We were really disappointed with the food. After staying in other all-inclusive hotels before, we expected a bit more than what was offered.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly, which really made our romantic escape special. We loved the location too, with easy access to a bus stop and shops nearby. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could take a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to the popular bar street.
There were some downsides to our experience. We also had some issues with the hot water, though the staff were quick to resolve this.
